About Me
I connect occupational health and safety with quality and environmental management, aligning field practice with the organisation’s management systems.
I am HSE & Integrated Management Systems Manager at ENM KOREA Shipbuilding & Energy, part of Al Zaman Group. I transferred from DGS Professional Shipyard on 22 April 2026. My responsibilities combine field coordination, documentation, training and audit preparation for shipyard and heavy-industry operations.
Alongside my shipyard work, I draw on construction and large residential development experience from the Üsküdar/Kirazlıtepe TOKİ Urban Transformation Project. Through TQSV Integrated Systems and my CrowsMind projects, I apply this experience to consulting, process design and software development.

I coordinate HSE, quality and environmental processes within ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 frameworks, linking field implementation to procedures, forms and records.
HSE Manager / OHSAS Department Chief
I managed the HSE department for military vessel and floating dock projects, coordinating work permits, training and inspections while contributing to international audit preparation.
HSE Technician / Field HSE Supervisor
I supervised HSE controls across structural, finishing, mechanical, infrastructure and landscaping works on a residential development, following contractor nonconformities through corrective action and closure.

I monitored work permits, confined-space gas measurements, block transfers, lifting activities and safe access routes during dock and dry dock operations.

In floating dock and ship projects, I assess production, equipment, contractor and permit processes together. I maintain close contact with technical teams to support safe progress.

I monitor the HSE implications of simultaneous activities across vessel and dock areas. I assess hot work, lifting operations, access routes and work permits against actual site conditions.

I review gas measurement records, entry conditions and work permits together. When working conditions change, I coordinate the reassessment of controls and communication with the relevant teams.
Access • Scaffolding • Fall protection
I include working platforms, access routes and fall protection in field inspections. I report scaffolding nonconformities to the responsible technical teams and follow corrective actions through to completion.
TOKİ • Üsküdar/Kirazlıtepe • Urban transformation
At the Üsküdar/Kirazlıtepe TOKİ project, I monitored structural, finishing, mechanical and infrastructure works. I worked with contractor teams to report nonconformities, follow actions and maintain closure records.

I use toolbox talks, inductions and drills to brief teams on their working conditions. I connect training to daily tasks and maintain attendance and follow-up records.
Hot work • Equipment • Production coordination
I monitor hot work, electrical equipment, lifting activities and housekeeping in fabrication and heavy-industry operations. I work with production teams to turn findings into practical corrective actions.
My International Audit Experience
I connected documentation with field implementation throughout audit preparation. I contributed to an A Grade result in the JH143 audit and coordinated management-system readiness for Bureau Veritas processes.
In preparation meetings for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, I review completed work, open issues and next steps. I connect decisions with responsible colleagues, documented records and field follow-up.
I review site conditions alongside management-system records to establish preparation priorities.
I organise procedures, forms and implementation records to make the work traceable.
I review nonconformities with the responsible teams and monitor corrective-action progress.
